Wipeout ClubBack

Terms of use

The rules for using Wipeout Club. Last updated 18 August 2026.

The service

Wipeout Club is a free app for practising surf pop-ups. Once a day it asks you to film a short clip; the clip is visible to the people who follow you for 24 hours and then it is gone. We may change or stop the service at any time.

Your account

You need an account, you must be old enough to have one (13 at a minimum, older where your country requires it), and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself. One account per person.

What you post

You keep every right you have in your clips. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your clip and show it to the people who follow you, for as long as it exists.

Do not post any of the following:

  • Nudity or sexual content.
  • Violence, threats, harassment or hate.
  • Anyone who has not agreed to be filmed.
  • Content that is not yours to post.
  • Spam, scams or automated posting.

Reporting and moderation

Every post and every person can be reported from inside the app, and you can block anyone, which hides you from each other in both directions. Moderators review reports and can remove content or suspend an account. We aim to look at reports quickly; we do not promise a deadline.

Ending it

You can delete your account in the app at any time, which erases your data immediately. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty, and the limits of our liability

The app is provided as it is. Clips are deleted after 24 hours by design, so treat it as a place to practise, not a place to store anything you want to keep. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.
